Join us at The Do Good Fund Gallery for a free educational art making experience for kids ages 5-10. Led by a local art educator, kids can make art in a gallery setting surrounded by colorful paintings by Carol John in our summer exhibition SUNSHINE, HAPPINESS, & JOY.
Meet the art educator!
Sarah Beth Cardin is an educator based in Columbus, GA, with a background in art. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Columbus State University in 2024 and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Elementary Education at the same institution. Ms. Cardin’s work with children centers around inciting playful learning through curiosity, creation, and inquiry.
She has engaged in extensive curatorial and academic work both locally and abroad, including studies in Oxford, Venice, Florence, and Rome. She believes children deserve adults who are eager to explore the world alongside them and affirms that creativity is not merely an added element of learning but an essential one.
