Lucinda Bunnen

Lucinda Weil Bunnen (b. 1930) is a practicing photographer and collector living in Atlanta. Bunnen's work has been published in seven books to date, with her latest title, Gathered, released in 2018. Her photographs have been collected by a number of institutions across the nation and abroad, including the Museum of Modern Art (New York); the Whitney Museum of American Art (New York); the Pushkin Museum (Moscow); the Smithsonian Institute Archives of American Art (Washington, DC); the Mint Museum (Charlotte, NC); the National Museum of Women in the Arts (Washington, DC); the Museum of Contemporary Art of Georgia (Atlanta); and the High Museum (Atlanta), among others. She has been recognized for her photography with the Atlanta Contemporary Arts Center's Nexus Award (2013), the Georgia Governor's Award in the Arts (1986), and was honored by the Museum of Contemporary Art of Georgia in 2018.
